This page contains resources to assist Parish Conference Leaders (PCLs) in the promotion of the Conference in their local parishes. New 2009 Conference and PCL information and meeting updates will be added to this page as they become available.

The 2010 Answer the Call Catholic Men’s conference will be on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at the Cincinnati Music Hall. Please mark your calendars and share this information so that it can be placed on parish and other calendars and used to avoid conflicts with other events.

PCL Briefing Meetings
Briefing meetings for PCLs will be at various locations in the area as in the past (download the complete briefing meeting schedule). Information about the conference plans and speakers , as well as promotional materials, will be provided at these meetings in a PCL packet and accompanying fact sheet. This packet and fact sheet are also available for download here. In December you should have received information about the briefing meeting times and locations along with the “block ticket order form”.

Special Student Break-Out Session and Ticket Price
A special student break out session will be held to discuss young men's faith issues. To accommodate this, students tickets will be offered for $20 - half the regular price. We hope many fathers and sons will be able to take advantage of these features to enjoy the conference together.

Ticket Purchases
Use the appropriate revised order form for individual tickets or parish block tickets.

Indicate the number of student tickets being ordered on the ticket order form. Add the total cost of student tickets ordered @ $20 ea to the total cost of standard tickets ordered @ $40 for the total cost of the order.

Volunteers Needed
Finally, we are in need of additional volunteers to serve as ushers, staff the information booths, and assist in the sale of conference CDs. Contact us using the information below if you're interested.
